Greetings, we are Team Seven’s Food Lab and we are happy to share our journey of establishing this legacy with you.
I am Chef Shikha Arora, and I am a mother of two. I started as a fashion designer, but destiny had planned a different story for me, and this is how it begun.
I became a FINISHING school teacher in 2015 and had to give it up due to my kids growing years. Though I gave up my work, I felt lost and low. I belong to a family where GOOD FOOD IS GOOD MOOD is practiced literally. I always cooked well, but to divert my mind and energy I started to learn and cook various new and exotic dishes. My passion led me to participate and come in the top 20 of the Great Gujarat Cooking Competition. One thing led to another, and I started catering to individual orders as a home chef and outdoor catering orders. Covid allowed clubbing my 2 skills- cooking, and teaching. Today, I am a successful educator, chef, and trainer. Today I have completed over 200 paid & free workshops available on our website/ application.
The encouraging scene of the food industry led to the inception of Sevens Food Lab where we aimed to cater and serve delicious packed food for everyone in healthy and conventional categories.
To help me in this journey, my husband and my daughter have been actively involved since day one.
Let me introduce you to Mr. Pankaj Arora director of one of the leading DENIM manufacturing companies in India. He is the epitome of hard work, diligence, and determination. He is a guiding force in this venture and is a big foodie himself.
Let me introduce you to young and enterprising Chinmaya Arora, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in hospitality management from Indian School of Hospitality Gurgaon. She takes care of sales and marketing.
Sevens Crest has something for everyone be it, healthy breakfast mixes for kids, nuts and dates bars, Sattu shakes millet noodles, popped chips, millet puffs, and conventional namkeens and chips, and an ever-growing product line.
